"Our butler, Gonzalo Loera, and our chef, Andre Aviles, were fantastic. They managed and met our every need! Gonzalo is very knowledgeable about the local region, and offered great advice about what to do, where to go and what to try (he is also a fabulous bartender with a repertoire of many great tequila and mezcal drinks that he brings out at random moments.) Andres created wonderful meals, and while we ate at three fantastic local restaurants, we all agreed that Andres' meals were the best!
